Hi, I Am Michelle Hijes
I am a certified Personal trainer and a public figure as a model, and I have been in the health industry since a very young age.
I have always been an athlete, I was a swimmer competitor back in my country, and I also practiced athletic.
As I started growing up, I started to develop some PCOS SYMPTOMS that made me dive into the health sector on a deeper level in order to understand myself, my hormones and my body.
Having Pcos can be a struggle in many areas of our lives, being one of them the difficulties to lose weight , and some others than can be very difficult to maintain a balanced and happy life, and that’s why I started to do so many researches and have finally found the best way or my “CURE” that have helped me balance my hormones while having a fun and balanced life.
