Plunge Ice Baths

Since I discovered and experienced the ice baths in Dubai, it’s something that  I am starting to add to my routine slowly and progressively.

The health benefits that you can get from this are  so many including:

  • Relieves sore muscles.
  • Helps with the exercise recovery.
  • Lowers core body temperature..
  • Supports immunity.
