I love to travel, visit different places o understand their culture.
I have to say that sometimes it might get difficult to keep your body in shape while you are on holidays as mostly you will be eating out, attending to different events etc.
Fortunately I have found a good combination of things that I usually do in order to keep my body shape, and to balance my hormones no matter where I am.
